It wasn’t a plane… it was a Jet Ranger helicopter I was flying.
Give me a little credit—I didn’t just aim high, I lifted off.
When life grounded me, I learned to pilot my own way out.
Whatever you’re chasing, don’t just dream it—fly

We are officially six months out from moving into our dream home….a custom build on 5 acres of wild, beautiful land. 🤯🤯‼️‼️
This journey has stretched me in every way.
From finding the lot, to interviewing architects, aligning with the right builder, working with our interior designer, and navigating the million decisions that come with building something from the ground up.
It’s been equal parts magic and grit. And now, it’s becoming real….
There is no better feeling than watching the fruits of your labor take form, piece by piece, knowing how much heart, work, and soul went into every inch.
This isn’t just a house.
It’s a vision realized.
And we’re almost home.
Drop me a 🏠 if you want to see more behind-the-scenes as we get closer!

I’m not embarrassed by anything I’ve been through—because every chapter built the woman I am today. 💪🏾
From struggle to success, pain to power, every part of my journey was necessary. I didn’t just survive—I transformed. And I refuse to shrink or apologize.
To anyone hiding parts of their past: stop. That’s your proof of resilience. Wear it like armor. 💥

GRWM – Big Wave Edition 🌊
It takes a lot to face big waves — preparation, full-body strength, the mindset to match, and serious trust in your feet.
Adrenaline-loving @lauraloucrane , raised on the southwest coast of England, now takes on some of the heaviest swells in the world.
And it all starts at the base. 👣

Congress is starving people. But these Asian farmers are giving us hope #FromtheGroundUp.
The good folks behind @choycommons are feeding our families and souls, planting justice, culture, and community.

Some people hate you
because you came from less
and still did more.
No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just pressure and discipline.
