It’s HOT in this Alabama sun. Good thing I always keep the @fullyloadedalpha Nootropic Hydration packs with me. Full of electrolytes and Nootropics to keep me calm, focused, and most importantly hydrated on the water. #fullyloaded #fullyloadedalpha #nootropics #hydration #alabama #smithlake #dontblend

Happy Friday! Made my weekly ( daily? ) trip to Publix ( who doesn’t let people tag them?) but this time I brought my new Hulken shopping bag on wheels which made is so much easier and faster for everyone involved. I also saved 30% using my favorite BOGO sales. Did I need 10 boxes of pasta? Absolutely not but for 10/$10.00 how do I pass that up!! #readyforweekend #fullyloaded #hulkenbag #publix

Rope pull-ups hit different because they force your body to work harder to stabilize, not just pull. (Read below for workout). __ 1️⃣ Grip strength goes through the roof Unlike a bar, a rope is thick and unstable. Your hands, fingers, and wrists have to constantly squeeze to keep you from slipping. 👉 This builds: • Crushing grip strength • Finger flexor strength • Wrist stability That’s why your forearms feel blown up after. 2️⃣ Massive forearm development Because you’re gripping a thick rope, your forearm muscles stay under constant tension the whole set — no resting at the top like with a bar. This builds: • Thicker forearms • Tendon strength • Real-world pulling strength 3️⃣ More back muscle activation The instability forces your lats, rhomboids, and traps to work harder to control your body. Compared to regular pull-ups: ✅ More lat engagement ✅ More mid-back activation ✅ Better mind-muscle connection 4️⃣ Core has to lock in Your body wants to swing — your abs and obliques have to brace hard to stay tight. So you’re also training: • Core stability • Body control • Athletic strength 5️⃣ Builds “real strength” This is why rope work is used by: • Fighters • Gymnasts • Military training It develops strength that actually transfers to movement — not just aesthetics..
