Schwarzer Sesam findet man in Deutschland so selten und die sind so perfekt gemacht. Ich komme wirklich jedes Jahr fast nur dafür her. ・Mochi Mayo Pizza von Shiba’s Pizza 🍕 Ich weiß man denkt: Fusion Kitchen, echt jetzt? Aber die Kombi aus Mochi und Mayo ist überraschend gut – weich, und einfach besonders. ・Onigiri von Natto24 bzw Shiba‘s Pizza 🍙 Frisch vor meinen Augen geformt, wie es sich gehört. Onigiri kommt von nigiru – von Hand drücken. Genau diese Liebe zum Detail macht es für mich aus. Fast wie zuhause in Japan. Das Nippon Connection Film Festival 2025 ist leider vorbei, aber gute Nachrichten: nächstes Jahr geht’s weiter! Save the date: 2. bis 7.
