There were days when all @therealmrsbunton and I had was God’s promise.
Days when stability felt so far away. Days when we questioned how we would provide for five beautiful children and still keep our hearts anchored in Christ. We walked through seasons that only God truly understands.
Some people closed their doors when we needed help the most. Some spoke about our situation without ever knowing our story. Some judged our finances without seeing the sacrifices, the prayers, the sleepless nights, or the weight of raising a family while trying to honor the Lord in every decision. My wife carried burdens she never deserved to carry, yet she continued to stand with grace, strength, and unwavering faith.
But here’s what I’ve learned…
People can misunderstand your season, but they can never cancel God’s purpose.
The same God who sustained us when we had little has now brought us into a place of stability—not because we deserved it, but because His mercy never failed. Every closed door only made room for the one He had already prepared.
This isn’t a victory lap. It’s a testimony.
If you see us smiling today, know that those smiles were watered with tears. If you see us standing today, know it was only because the Lord carried us when our own strength was gone.
To everyone walking through a difficult season, don’t let someone’s opinion become louder than God’s promise. Keep trusting Him. Keep loving Him. Keep serving Him. He has a way of rewriting stories that people have already finished reading.
As for me and my house, we will never forget where the Lord brought us from. Every blessing, every opportunity, every new beginning belongs to Him alone.
Our lives will forever be lived as a thank-you to Jesus.

Sometimes I just go quiet… not because I have nothing to say, but because words can’t fully explain what God has done for me. 🤍
