Bio-Mechanical Grounding starts from the foundation. Your feet, your breath, your structure, all working together to support posture, stability, and force transfer through the body. When the foundation is off, everything above compensates. Most people have no idea what their feet are actually doing when they walk. What you’re seeing here is water revealing it in real time. How the arch responds. How the foot adapts. How your structure meets the ground — step by step. Your arches aren’t just aesthetic. They absorb force. They transfer load. They influence everything upstream — ankles, knees, hips, even your spine. And when the foot loses strength or adaptability, the rest of the body has to compensate. The problem is… you can’t change what you don’t understand. When you start to actually see what your feet are doing, you begin to move differently. More awareness. More control. More resilience. 💬 Comment READY if you’re ready to go deeper and start understanding your body from the ground up. #WhiteBoardWednesday Love this bunch concept Motion can soften the corner for free access on the out. If the flat defender expands, the sit replaces him. Can alert the pylon vs 1/4’s with good leverage and CB driving. Always love backside progression with routes getting back in QB vision. Great play in 2 minute offense where you’re more likely to get softness outside. What play do you want to see us breakdown next? #GroundUp

After going all around the world for the past few days and being on global stages; I made my way to the heart of Nigeria's agricultural potential. I made a pivotal trip to Kano to personally inspect the progress and immense promise of GText Farms. The journey was an experience and was more than just navigation; it was a firsthand look at the future of sustainable agribusiness and food security we are building. Witnessing the scale, and the green shoots of progress is what truly fuels the vision I carry. This is investment in its most tangible form through food by cultivating growth from the ground up. The future is taking root right here. Partner with us or order on Gtextfarms.com/rice, you can also send a mail on [email protected] or contact +2347059568875 for more information. What is the most random job you’ve had on your journey? 🤔 One of my first jobs was a face painter at the “Imagination Station” 🎨 — at my hometown amusement park 🎢 and to this day it will always be one of my favorite jobs that taught me a lot about customer service and also how to do some amazing next level painting!! 😝 Every job on my journey has taught me something new and built character! The journey is never A to B 🙂 Tell me what your favorite job or most random job was! #laborday #emcee #keynotespeaker #tvhost #techinfluencer #techexpert #motivation #katielinendoll #tech #jobs #eriepa #groundup #814

Walking through Seasons Park condo recently, I was reminded of the vibrant community spirit that defines Yio Chu Kang. During my house visits, I had the pleasure of meeting many residents who warmly welcomed me into their homes. We shared heartfelt conversations, discussed their feedback and concerns. I also received many invaluable suggestions. I am committed to ensuring that these voices are not just heard but acted upon, both on the ground and in Parliament. #yiochukang #ycksmc #greatyio #communityfirst #singaporelife #supportlocal #heartofsg #sgunited #sgcommunity #yckcommunity #localheroes #neighboursfirst #ouryck #sgtogether #grassrootsleaders #localstories #communityengagement #bettertogether #communitybuilding #feedbackmatters #parliamentvoices #groundup #yourvoicecounts #localinitiatives #inclusivecommunity #strongertogether #communityprogress #yiochukangspirit
