Step 1 - Learn how to buy land from the landbank only 5k Step 2 - Get Loan from Cadence Bank Step 3- Hire an architect to design plans Step 4 - Hire a Licensed Builder Step 5- Get the deed from the Landbank Step 6- Create your LLC and Name Your Group Home Step 7- Furnish Your Group Home Step 8- Establish Rules and Regs Step 9- Go to the Salvation Army and List Your available beds for rent monthly Step 10- Hire a Housing specialist so you don’t have to be there, I use Indeed or zip recruiter to hire.
