#GroupRide
Don’t be that person on the group ride. Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned cyclist, these unspoken rules keep the ride smooth, safe, and social:
1. Hold your line – no sudden swerving or braking.
2. No half-wheeling – match your partner’s pace, not your ego.
3. Call out obstacles – potholes don’t make good surprises.
4. Don’t overlap wheels – unless you enjoy unexpected hugs.
5. Signal turns and stops – your bike isn’t telepathic.
6. Respect the pace – it’s a group ride, not a solo FTP test.
7. Be chill at the front – you’re setting the tone, not the KOM.
8. Bring spares & tools – don’t be the rider who borrows everything.
Ride smart, ride safe, ride again. Did I forget anything?

Triathletes aren’t know as the best bike handlers. Throw them in a group ride, and the dynamic isn’t great. Many triathletes are also afraid of crashing in a group ride, so often just do their rides alone.
