#GuestRoom
A little of what it took to get Maison d’Hôtes IV (Guesthouse IV) ready!
With restoring this room to its original purpose, I wanted to make sure I kept the artistically curated flow from the rest of the house, while layering in just the right amount of personality and care to make this space feel cozily its own.
I plan to own - and design - my own boutique hotel one day, as I’ve shared with you before. So curating this guest room is giving me the practice I need to marry beautiful design with comfortable function!
So know that much love, joy and intention was given to this space, just like every design we bring to life 💁🏾♂️✨
And it didn’t take much change to bring about big impact. Simple and playful design is always beautiful✨
Would you book a stay at a hotel owned and operated by IV Enterprises? 👀
Feliz Friday, gorgeous friends 🫶🏾✨ #DavidQuarlesIV | #ChooseJoy

Let’s take it back to this guest room transformation! It’s been over 5 months and no regrets ☺️ I wanted my guests to feel like they were checking into their own little boutique hotel, but I may have made it a little too comfortable 😂

No matter the comment about the design of my guest room, they all reflect the beauty that the @velux skylights bring to it. The light they provide creates the ideal warmth and airy atmosphere you’d want at home or in any space where there is life.✨💚 #velux #veluxpartner

Part 1 of turning my office into a shared guest space! // comment “guest room” for 🔗
Do you ever go into a store knowing exactly what you want and can’t find ANYTHING? I was questioning every single choice by the end of this.
Stay tuned to see how it all came together!
