We came together in prayer, lifted our voices in worship, shared a meal, danced in freedom, and formed authentic connections with one another. Safe to express yourself. Safe to heal. @treasaleighbrown shared today that her word this season is “INTENTIONAL “ Intentionality is key. Surround yourself with people and environments that nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Yall I don’t know why I’m not the cute preacher 🤦🏾‍♀️. I start off to well. This weekend the Lord told me to prepare for war. I had cute outfits and he had me to change them both. I had to give the mic to the psalmists go to the side back stage and they had to peel me out my wet jacket and throw on a t shirt. But 100’s of lives got free. I’m still old school. I’ll get in the floor with you if you want to be set free. #healHer #preacHer #deliverance

Most people had no idea. I was going through a divorce. Mildly depressed. Suffering from migraines. And still showing up to work with a smile on my face delivering the best patient care. Still showing up for my kids like nothing was wrong. Still being “strong.” What they didn’t see were the quiet tears in the shower. The exhaustion. The feeling of being disconnected from myself. Nothing changed… Until I decided I was worth changing for. I made a promise to ME. To get back to me. I started exercising again. I focused on my nutrition. I poured into things that healed me from the inside out. Not because life suddenly got easier. But because I stopped abandoning myself. Truth.. In 2020 I gained sooooo much weight. I didn’t know WHY? I was eating properly, working out like always. I NEVER had a “stomach” and never been in the 200s. After years of being misdiagnosed; I found out I had PCOS, fibroids AND endometriosis. That explained so much, I lacked confidence because of the weight gain. After doing the work, healing and learning the TRUE meaning of SELF LOVE, I embrace it! You don’t hav to accept every gift that you’ve been given. In order to have what you want sometimes you have to get really clear on what you don’t want. The air right now is so heavy with talks of eclipses & seeds sown I had to go back & retrace my steps. Here’s a prayer for trusting God to open and close doors in your life… ✨Pray This✨ Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you with a humble heart, seeking your guidance and wisdom. You are the one who knows the plans you have for me, plans for my welfare and not for harm, plans for a future filled with hope. Lord, I trust in your divine wisdom to open the right doors in my life. Help me recognize the opportunities and paths that align with your will. Give me the discernment to see the way you have prepared for me and the courage to step through those open doors with faith and confidence. I also trust you to close doors that are not meant for me. Lord, help me understand that when a door closes, it is your way of protecting me, redirecting me, or teaching me valuable lessons. Give me the strength to accept these closed doors with grace and the patience to await your perfect timing. Father, I surrender my plans and desires to you, knowing that your plans are far greater than my own.
