Oxtail burgers & biscuit flights!
Houstonnnnn!! I know I'm not the only one that's seeing people talking about this viral burger and a viral flight of biscuits. When I seen that, I knew I had to get my hands on it. Everything is created by @chefjay_la who has a ghost kitchen here in Houston. When I tell y'all this food was something Houston was missing.
The rich boy oxtail burger is hands-down one of the best burgers I've ever had and I'm not just talking about in Houston. It was packed full of flavor. The fried chicken had a different type of batter on that I never had before. I thought it was tempura fried, but it's not. The biscuit flight is out of this world. I ended up getting four different flavors however she does have other biscuit flavors available.

We went for dinner and the meat quality was TOP TIER. They have several different meat combos, so come hungry and try a little bit of everything. But baby… THOSE SHORT RIBS. 😮💨🔥 So tender, juicy, buttery and flavorful. Hands down my favorite!
