The Chanel Private Summer Salon is open in East Hampton at the private residence at the Hedges Inn on 74 James Lane. The breathtaking ephemeral boutique is available to visit by appointment only. The ground floor of the private residence showcases Chanel’s latest collections including Coco Beach 2025, the Fall-Winter 2025/2026 pre-collection, and more. The residence’s bedrooms have been transformed into elegant private fitting rooms. An outdoor terrace offers a peaceful moment to enjoy a glass of champagne and a scoop of dessert from the Chanel gelato cart.

Other owners included Ben Bradlee and Sally Quinn, who lived in the house from 1979 to 2014, and extensively restored it before moving in. The Summer Book and the popular social media account @HamptonsSocial. She has three published novels with Penguin Publishing Group. She is former senior editor at a magazine in the Hamptons, interviewing celebrities and featuring fashion, beauty, travel, and luxury brands.
She worked at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and Madonna’s Maverick Records and Maverick Entertainment. Her novel Girl of the Moment was optioned by Twentieth Century Fox and developed by Richard Gladstein (Bourne Identity).
