Buyer activity picked up last week, with 27 homes going under contract compared to 19 the week before. Here’s how the Lake Havasu single-family home market finished October 12–18: 48 New Listings 27 Pending Sales 21 Closed Sales 53 Price Changes And as of October 19, we have 502 single-family homes on the market. What does this mean for you? If you’re buying, there may be opportunities to negotiate beyond the purchase price. If you’re selling, the right strategy isn’t always about lowering your price.
