Different stances. Different loads. Different swings. But watch elite hitters right before they launch the barrel and you’ll see a lot of the same things: Head between the feet. Torso stacked over the hips. Upper half resisting as the lower half moves forward. That’s your launch position. Pull up a swing from your favorite hitter, pause it at launch, and compare it to yours. Then get in front of a mirror and rep the position until you can consistently find it. You don’t need to copy someone else’s swing. But if you’re never getting into a good position to swing from, you’re making hitting way harder than it needs to be. #baseball #homerun #hittingtips
