Strawberry 200 g.
Raspberry 180 g.
Water 300 ml
Sugar 60 g.
Lemon
Little sea salt

🥭🍚🍵 mango sticky rice matcha
Inspired by the Thai dessert mango sticky rice but without the sticky rice (just the mango and coconut sauce)
Mango purée:
— blend fresh mango chunks from 1 mango & 1tbsp sugar into a purée
Coconut sweet cream:
— 2tbsp coconut cream
— 3 tbsp heavy cream
— 1tbsp condensed milk
Matcha:
— 1.5tsp
— 40ml of 175F water
Assemble the drink:
— 1/4 cup mango purée
— ice
— 100ml milk
— matcha
— coconut sweet cream
— garnish with black sesame seeds & mango

This roasted milk tea is popular in Indonesia, and I’ve seen so many Indonesian creators make this drink! I think it’s also popular on XHS (Chinese version of IG) and at first I was a little skeptical that the tea would burn but it didn’t!
Lowkey this tastes exactly like regular milk tea but it was fun to make! I think the caramel flavor would be stronger if I used regular milk, but the oat milk masked the flavor. I want to make the strawberry and orange version next…
