Finally made it to @honzenny, which has been on my list for a while 📌 Their sister omakase restaurant, @tsubameny, is one of my FAVES in the city, so I was super excited when Honzen launched earlier this year. They specialize in centuries-old tradition of honzen ryōri, is a traditional and highly formal style of Japanese cuisine that consists of “zen” (trays) with a particular set of dishes. The space is calm and minimalist, letting the food speak for itself. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the attention to detail in both preparation and presentation is clear. Yup akhirnya gue cobain juga Japanese Resto @honzen.bali by @ayanaresort yang terkenal dengan dry aged fish by Chef Kimura. Disini kalian bisa pilih mau ala carte, teppanyaki atau sashimi. Dari sushi dan sashiminya semua fresh and delicious. Paling suka sashimi dry aged fish mereka , yang lembut banget tapi masih berasa crunchyness ikannya.. dagingnya juga ga ada amis. Presentasi Sushinya juga cantik sesuai ekspektasi gue.. .
