🚨 Misfit Ranch Rescue Saved Tux — But They Had to Pause Helping More Dogs Until This Bill Is Paid 🚨 Because of YOU, we were able to raise enough funds to get Tux into surgery just in time to save his leg. ❤️ We couldn’t wait any longer — he was facing amputation if we delayed — so we moved forward and covered the remaining balance on a credit card. The best news? ✨ Tux is doing fabulous after surgery! ✨ We are so incredibly grateful… but the reality is, we’re now in the hole — and until this bill is paid off, we’ve had to pause helping more dogs. That’s the part that’s really hard. We’re continuing the raffle we launched for Tux to help us close the gap: 🎟 Win a FAMILY 4-pack of tickets to SeaWorld! (Perfect timing with Spring Break right around the corner!) 🙏 Huge thank you to Susan Derrow for donating this incredible prize, and to Karen Peel for hosting this fundraiser for us — we are so grateful for your support! Entries: 🎟 $5 = 1 entry 🎟 $20 = 5 entries How to enter: Zelle: Nicholas Peel — 760-687-8108 Venmo: SOUTHERN-STAR-AR ✏️ Please write “raffle” in the memo 📅 Winner drawn March 24 — deadline is almost here! Every entry helps us pay off Tux’s surgery so we can get back to saying “yes” to the next dog who needs us. 🐾 If you can’t enter, sharing this post means everything to us. ❤️ #TheMisfitRanch #SaveTux #RescuePuppy #Fundraiser

🚨 Happening Now at PAWS 🚨 Six small dogs were just brought to us by Humane Society Police Officer Rusnak and his team. These dogs are terrified and completely unsocialized. They have reportedly never been outside before today. Right now, our team is assessing them. They are covered in fleas, dirt, and feces, and will all need baths, medical care, and eventually spay/neuter surgeries before they can begin the next chapter of their lives. This is exactly the kind of moment when your support matters most. When calls like this come in, we answer. We step in to provide the care, safety, and compassion these animals have never known, and help write the happy ending they deserve. If situations like this break your heart, please consider helping today: 🐾 Donate toward their medical care (link in our bio) 🐾 Apply to become a foster (link in our bio) Urgent cases like this are when foster homes make the biggest difference. Having fosters already approved and ready allows us to act quickly and help more animals when emergencies happen. These six little dogs have a long road ahead, but today, they are safe. And with your help, their happy tails are just beginning.

We don’t say this lightly… but we are at a breaking point with this case 😢 Achilles has required more than we ever anticipated, and while we would do it all over again for him, the reality is that his care has stretched our resources to their absolute limit. Behind the scenes, we’ve had to pause. Pause intakes. Pause saying yes. Pause helping other animals that need us, all because we are trying to keep one dog safe. ❗️And we won’t give up on him. But we can’t do this alone anymore❗️ We urgently need donations to help us continue covering his boarding and care. Every single dollar is going directly toward keeping him safe while we search for the right home. And if you’ve been following his story… please don’t stop now. Share him. Talk about him. Help us find the person who is meant for him. Achilles deserves his chance! and right now, he is depending on all of us. WAYS TO DONATE: Zelle/Paypal - rescue@pawsitivebeings.org Venmo - @pawsitivebeings Cashapp - $pawsitivebeings CONTACT US TO FOSTER/ADOPT #pawsitivebeings #miamirescue #adoptdontshop
