this is hands down the hardest routine ive done in one take, so i don’t mind if people think it’s fake this time. balancing on one leg while trying to foot hoop with two hoops and looking directly at the camera the whole time was a challenge!!! also i am gonna drop a tutorial for the “plane crash” move i do towards the end (the one where i smash one hoop over the other on my foot),tomorrow, so stay tuned for that hoopers!!! its not actually that hard if you can foot hoop standing up! #twohoops (sorry ive been MIA from posting reels ive been on tour with @kristinlahoop spreading the hula bliss across Europe <3 )
