#ICHExplores: When Bharatanatyam by @shweta_warrier meets Michael Jackson — something unexpected happens
In this striking crossover, classical adavus and expressive mudras move in sync with MJ’s rhythm, creating a dialogue between two distinct worlds. Rooted in tradition yet unafraid to experiment, the choreography draws from the sharp, iconic movements Jackson brought to stage, reinterpreted through the grammar of Indian classical dance.
It’s a reminder that movement, at its best, transcends geography, genre, and time.

ICHExplores: When a Classroom Turned Into a Runway of Confidence
👉🏼 A primary school in Meghalaya witnessed a heartwarming moment when a teacher organised a surprise ramp walk for her students during school hours.
The aim? To help children overcome shyness, build confidence, and experience joy in a learning space.
👉🏼 From notebooks to name tags, every child walked with pride.
The classroom echoed with laughter and applause as students got a rare chance to express themselves freely—beyond textbooks and timetables.
👉🏼 A reminder that learning doesn’t always need a blackboard.
With more educators using creative methods to support emotional well-being, this gesture is part of a growing movement to make schools more inclusive, safe, and joyful.
Kudos to @tengsmartmsangma for this thoughtful initiative—proof that sometimes, the simplest acts can leave the biggest impact.
💬 What’s one classroom moment that still makes you smile?

#ICHExplores:In the high-altitude landscapes of Ladakh, researchers and wildlife enthusiasts have captured photographic evidence of the elusive Pallas’s cat, a rare small wildcat adapted to the cold, rugged terrain of the Himalayas. Reports confirm sightings across Changthang, Hemis, Hanle, and Ule Tokpo, at elevations ranging from 3,000 to 4,800 metres. The records underscore the region’s importance as a stronghold for this little-known species, which remains elusive and poorly studied.
Local communities and conservationists have increasingly aided in documenting these cats using camera traps and field observations. The sightings highlight not only Ladakh’s rich high-altitude biodiversity but also the need to preserve fragile alpine ecosystems, where traditional knowledge and sustainable practices can support both wildlife conservation and local livelihoods.

#REPOST @indiaculturalhub with @download_repost_pro - #ICHExplores: In the heart of Tamil Nadu lies Chidambaram—a town that holds one of the most sacred temples in India: the Chidambaram Nataraja Temple.
Dedicated to Lord Shiva as Nataraja, the cosmic dancer, this temple isn’t just a spiritual site—it is the birthplace of dance as divinity.
Within these ancient halls, dance transcends art. It becomes ritual, offering, and connection to something greater.
This is where the Chidambara Rahasyam (the secret of Chidambaram) resides—a symbol of the formless divine, nestled in a temple that celebrates rhythm, movement, and silence alike.
In this hallowed space, @varshini_mukundan, ___sn__e__ha____ @im_._sreehari @adarsha_k.m
offer Bharatanatyam, one of India’s oldest classical dance forms. Rooted in Natya Shastra, Bharatanatyam is not just a performance—it is a form of storytelling, a discipline, and a devotional path. Every gesture, every expression (abhinaya), and every step carries centuries of cultural memory and spiritual energy.
To dance here is a privilege. To witness it—a moment of collective reverence.

#ICHExplores: They said Bharatanatyam needs feet.Turns out, it only needs rhythm. And rage. And grace.
Delhi’s Natyashastra on Wheels is rewriting what classical dance looks like, with razor-sharp mudras, intense abhinaya and wheelchair spins that command the stage.
This is Natyashastra on Wheels, led by Ability Unlimited and We Are One — pioneers of inclusive dance in India and Guinness World Record holders who have spent years turning the stage into a space of dignity, discipline and equal opportunity for performers with disabilities.
