IDFPA Bench Worlds Recap: Riley O’Donnell, your Teen 2 125kg World Champion, along with a massive 61lb World Record Shatter on his opener. A bitter sweet victory, our main goal these last 12 weeks was to make 501 happen on the platform. Unfortunately, with a misgroove on his 2nd and a heaving call on his 3rd, we fell short of it. Moving forward, absolutely all training will be held to the absolute highest of standard in terms of form, tempo, and execution. IDFPA Open & Masters World Championships BW: 52.18 😂 S: 107.5❌/107.5/117.5❌ B: 60/65/70❌ D: 160/167.5/172.5 Total: 345kg (-12.5kg) DOTS: 419.51 U56 Raw Open 1st Runner Up 第一次出戰世界賽 雖然成績未如理想 但絕對係一次難忘又有意義嘅體驗 今次比賽當中遇到唔少波折 包括過唔到磅underweight 俾個judge 叫我食完個cheeseburger 再番嚟磅過 re-weigh in 後趕唔切又miss 咗第一個attempt (評述員話我係策略嚟嘅😂) 但總算力保第二名同再破Hong Kong National Deadlift Record Thank you my boss @tiff_training_ for handling me even you are tired af after your competition 🥺 好開心可以願望成真同你一齊衝出國際 係韓國攞牌 @vic_lift90 @muscle_pain_ 兩位大佬carry 又係後台一齊熱身 比完賽之後一齊去玩又狂食好開心 Special thanks to @idfpa_liftclean and @powerliftinghongkong for arranging this wonderful event, this is my honor to share the stage with all the world class athletes. @samurai.power.media for the amazing photos and videos #idfpa #powerliftinghongkong #powerlifting

With a massive 670kg total at USAPL Viet Nam – Lord of the Lifts, taking 1st in his class and #1 overall DOTS, he’s earned his spot on the world stage. Before the meet, he shared: “It’s a great honor to represent Vietnam internationally.
