1. Zero Diversification I put 70% of my money into just two stocks: SoFi and Blackstone. I haven't changed this since 2021. Most people say to spread money out, but I chose to bet big on these two companies. I want big wins to get me rich before my 30s. 2. Selling Covered Calls for Extra Cash I sell "covered calls" on my shares. This is a way for me to collect cash from the large number of shares I already own. 3. Near-Zero Cash I keep as little cash as possible and move every extra dollar into investments. Being in my early 20s with little responsibilities means I can afford to do this. 4. Moving for the Paycheck I packed up my life and relocated halfway across the country for my job. My priority is rapid career and salary growth while I’m young. 5. Renting Over Buying I'll happily pay rent at my apartment complex every month. Rent is the max I'll pay, a mortgage is the least. #finance #financialindepence #wealth #stocks #indexfunds

Building wealth is usually about owning the right assets and holding them long enough. Some investments are designed to grow your wealth. Others simply protect it. And some slowly lose purchasing power over time. That's why understanding the role of each asset matters more than chasing the latest trend. A simple portfolio of quality assets can outperform complicated strategies over the long run. My top 3 global funds on Trading 212. When I choose a fund, these are the factors I look at: - Cost. Look at the ongoing charge fee, ideally under 0.3%. - Number of stocks. This generally indicates diversification. - Split between countries. I personally like investing in companies from around the world. - Size of companies. I like to have at least a mix of large and mid-sized companies. - Accumulating funds. I like my dividends reinvested automatically rather than paid out as income. The risk level and volatility of these global funds, meaning how much they may go up and down, are all rated 6/7, which means very volatile. But I’m personally comfortable with that level of risk and can stomach the drops. It might not be right for you though. Seven popular ETFs. Seven very different strategies. 📈 Some focus on the S&P 500, others on technology, dividends, the total U.S. market, or global diversification. The best choice depends on your goals, timeline, risk tolerance, and what you already own. Low fees matter—but diversification and consistency matter more. Dave Lashmet explains why SpaceX could end up in millions of retirement accounts whether investors actively choose it or not. If the IPO enters major indexes quickly, ETFs and 401(k) plans may become automatic buyers, turning SpaceX into what he calls a trade, not an investment. 🔗: Link in bio to watch on YouTube. #SpaceX #IPO #401k #IndexFunds #Investing
