A favorite of mine! I’m a little biased though. I created this grid for myself. A big birthday present to me. I love making grids for people but there’s something about doing something for your self. Art is where imagination becomes reality. A blank canvas has no rules. No limits. No predetermined ending. You decide what it becomes. And maybe that is the most beautiful thing about creating: realizing that the only limit is how far you are willing to imagine. #art #interiorart #artwork #inspiration #interiorartwork

Large-scale art born from emotion. Each piece begins with a feeling, a memory, a story, or a moment that wants to take shape. From sketch to sculpture, from wall reliefs to immersive spaces, this is my creative journey. Thank you for being here. 🤍 Video @tessadonchula #LargeScaleArt #InteriorArt #SculpturalDesign #ArtInArchitecture #JohannaVanParijs

I am regularly asked about the artwork we have at home. And I understand why because im regularly asking others for their sources because it’s a certified struggle. I always try to find unique pieces that mean something to both myself and Ryan - Things that make us feel a certain way when we gaze at them throughout the day, but it is quite hard to find bits especially when you google unique art in your preferred medium and you get fed a boatload of prints…many of which are from artists that existed centuries ago. I studied art history at school so I’m partial to a Picasso but it geniinrly surprises me how hard it is to navigate the art space given that there must be SO many brilliant artists out there. They are clearly not the ones who are savvy with marketing spend. Anyway, here we are, it’s all part of the journey - i must have received 1000+ questions about the second piece of artwork shown, currently residing in our kitchen, so I thought I’d list these 3 beautiful pieces as a starting point in case helpful and I’d be so grateful if you could comment any artists that you personally admire (or sources) in the comments below because we’re on the hunt and desperate to fill remaining walls with character and colour. I do love an oil painting. 😉 I’ll also try and list some other resources for ya below. 1. @wallis_studios 2. @chloejonasonco suzani which we got framed at our local framers. I actually have no idea how we carried it home but I was in a haze of newborn ness. 3. @amydevlinart L x ❤️ #uniqueart #artwork #londonart #interiorart #artathome

Some paintings refuse to be left on the studio. They follow you into your sleep… This specific piece consumed my studio practice for so long, that I can still see those final details and feel the satisfaction of applying some of its symbolic images as I close my eyes going to sleep. This is “ Life, Death, Life Again”, a powerful piece! I wish I could look at it every day. Watching an original artwork evolve from the creative and messy energy of the studio to the quiet prestige of a curated gallery space is always a revelation. There is a deep shift when contemporary fine art finally commands a room. Whether it’s in a gallery wall, transforming a room, or finding its home in a private collection, a painting’s true scale and presence really come to life once it’s installed and seen. I wonder if you artists have a piece that you made that appears in your dreams? Curators and designers: what is the most satisfying part of experiencing a piece finally installed in its intended space? 🌱 Life, Death, Life Again. (Vida, Muerte, Vida Otra Vez.) Oil on canvas, 111 x 88 inches (223.5 x 282 cm) 🔮 #ContemporaryPainting #ArtAdvisory #StudioToGallery #InteriorArt #ArtCollection

Sunday Fun Day! 😍 hab mir mal ein paar einfache Beistelltisch bestellt und individuell lackiert. Freunde, wie glücklich Farbe machen kann. Und sie passen so toll zu meinen Minis.
