Every once in a while engineers come together and agree on something. And then you get standards! Standardization helps improve safety and device interoperability while reducing product design time. It provides a motivation for big tech companies to invest in research and design that benefits everyone. And ultimately it reduces cost and improves convenience for the consumer! Di Sesi Kamar Khas Parlimen semalam, saya menjawab pertanyaan Ahli Parlimen Bakri, YB Tan Hong Pin mengenai isu pensijilan dan daya saing pengedar sah walkie-talkie.
Saya jelaskan bahawa setiap peralatan komunikasi mesti mematuhi standard yang ditetapkan Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (MCMC) bagi memastikan keselamatan, EMC, interoperability dan penggunaan radio frekuensi yang betul.
MCMC kini memuktamadkan Rangka Kerja Kelengkapan Komunikasi Baharu (NCEF) untuk dilaksanakan pada 2027, yang akan mempercepatkan kelulusan peralatan berisiko rendah dan sederhana, tanpa mengabaikan kawalan untuk peralatan berisiko tinggi.
Walaupun kelulusan antarabangsa seperti FCC, CE dan UKCA diiktiraf, pembekal tetap perlu mengemukakan SDoC di Malaysia demi tanggungjawab perundangan dan pemantauan pasaran.
Matlamat utama: memudahkan urusan industri, tanpa menjejaskan keselamatan dan kepatuhan pasaran tempatan.

ملاقات میں بی آئی ایس پی مستحقین کے لیے ادائیگیوں کے نظام کو مزید مؤثر، شفاف اور آسان بنانے کے اقدامات پر تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ بینظیر ہنرمند پروگرام اور ایلفا مال کے ذریعے مستحقین کو باعزت روزگار کے مواقع فراہم کرنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا گیا۔
بینکنگ نظام میں انٹرآپریبلٹی متعارف کروانے کی تجویز پر بھی غور کیا گیا، جس سے مستحق خواتین کو اپنی سہولت کے مطابق کسی بھی بینک کے انتخاب کی آزادی حاصل ہوگی۔
بی آئی ایس پی مستحقین کی سہولت، خودمختاری اور مالی شمولیت کو مزید مضبوط بنانے کے لیے یہ اشتراک ایک اہم پیش رفت ہے.

چیئرپرسن بینظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام سینیٹر روبینہ خالد کی کراچی میں اسٹیٹ بینک آف پاکستان کے ڈپٹی گورنر سلیم اللہ سے ملاقات۔ ملاقات میں بی آئی ایس پی مستحقین کے لیے ادائیگیوں کے نظام کو مزید مؤثر، شفاف اور سہل بنانے سے متعلق اہم امور پر تفصیلی تبادلہ خیال کیا گیا۔ ادائیگیوں کے نظام میں انٹرآپریبلٹی شامل کرنے کے آپشن پر غور کیا گیا تاکہ مستحق خواتین کو یہ سہولت فراہم کی جا سکے کہ وہ اپنی سہولت کے مطابق کسی بھی بینک کا انتخاب کر سکیں۔ اس مقصد کے لیے 1-لنک پلیٹ فارم کے مؤثر استعمال اور اس کی تکنیکی استعداد بڑھانے پر بھی گفتگو کی گئی۔ علاوہ ازیں، بائیومیٹرک ویری فکیشن سسٹم (BVS) سے فعال اے ٹی ایمز کی دستیابی، موجودہ ماڈل سے نئے ادائیگی نظام میں منتقلی، اور اس حوالے سے واضح ٹائم لائن مرتب کرنے جیسے اہم نکات بھی زیر بحث آئے۔ اس موقع پربی آئی ایس پی کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل کیش ٹرانسفرز محمد ادریس میاں اور ڈائریکٹر جنرل سندھ ثنااللہ رند بھی موجود تھے۔
