If you’re trying to eat (and drink) just a little bit healthier this holiday season, you’re going to LOVE this recipe.
The reality is that alcohol + weight loss aren’t the best combination, because anytime you drink, your body has to focus all it’s energy on processing the alcohol, which affects your metabolism.
But what’s WAY WORSE is when your all your cocktails are full of sugar, which ends up spiking your insulin and throwing your hormones out of whack.
That’s why this low-sugar version of Irish Cream is one of my holiday staples. It’s perfect for drinking on the rocks or added to your coffee, and gives you all of that delicious, creamy Irish Cream flavor without totally derailing your health goals.
👉🏼If you want the recipe in printable form, just comment “IRISHCREAM” below and I’ll instantly DM you the PDF.
Otherwise, here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Whisk together 3/4 c. allulose sweetener, 1 tsp. espresso powder, and 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder in a medium saucepan until blended, then slowly whisk in 2 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream.
2️⃣ Bring mixture to a low boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3️⃣ Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, then stir in 2 c. of Irish whiskey.
4️⃣ Let mixture cool then transfer to airtight glass containers and store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks.

Kick off St. Patrick’s day with this No Bake Irish Cream Cheesecake. 🍀🍰 It’s light and airy, with just the right amount of booze from Baileys! 😉 Snag the full recipe details in the @allrecipes bio. ⤴️
Directions:
Grease an 8-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment.
For crust, add graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter to a bowl and stir together until combined. Press the crust into the bottom of the pan and about 2 inches up the sides.
Freeze the formed crust for 1 hour.
For filling, add cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium-high speed until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add sugar, confectioner’s sugar, vanilla, Baileys, sour cream, and salt. Mix until smooth on medium speed, about 1 minute. Scrape the edges and mix 30 more seconds.
Remove bowl from mixer and fold in whipped cream. Add filling to crust and spread in an even layer. Cover with plastic and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
For chocolate sauce: add cream, butter, and chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted, about 60 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Gently run a knife or offset spatula around the edges of the cheesecake. Release it from the springform pan.
Pour on the chocolate sauce and spread to the edges. Top with more whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired. Slice and serve!
