+ 𝚁𝙷𝚈𝚃𝙷𝙼 :. it’s always a grand idea to ride into the rhythm with the great taylor gordon bka ‘the pocket queen’. settle into the sounds📍.
...
^ style: the muse of the music in the quick of the queen.
…
^ note: taylor gordon began playing drums at the young age of 2. she joined her church band in new orleans at 7. when she was 14, she became a member of her high school drumline, as well as the school's steel drum & jazz bands. later, she took up the marimba & other percussive instruments. she has received numerous awards throughout her high school career for her superior skills as a musician. she was accepted into the prestigious berklee college of music on a presidential scholarship (given to only 7 students a year) for her superior level of musicianship as an enrolling freshman. her fills are superdope as she displays here doing ‘’one beer’ from mf doom & madlib. now if you made it this far reading, thank you! feel free to share our content in your instagram story & tag us so we can show you some love in gratitude.

J Dilla and Madlib a.k.a Jaylib — “Champion Sound.”🔥🔥
⠀
A very unique and inventive collaborative project from two ridiculously talented producers, Madlib and Jay Dee. The production is amazing here — full of bass-heavy breaks and jazzy, soulful samples.
⠀
My favorite tracks are: The Official, React, Strapped, McNasty Filth, Starz, The Red (Remix), Raw S—t, Heavy & The Heist, what are yours? 👇🏼 R.I.P. J Dilla 🙏🏼
