You can’t build a house with zero money and zero sweat equity, yet leaders ask marketers to do it with their business every day. If you want to hit aggressive sales goals without investing in the tools, technology, or people to get there, you aren’t planning for growth—you’re just asking for a magic trick.
If I had to start from zero again, I wouldn’t chase “capital.”
I’d chase leverage.
Most people say “I need money.”
What they really mean is: “I don’t know how to build a team, a deal, or a system.”
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
You can start broke… but you can’t start alone.
Money is a tool. People are the engine.
This is the play:
1. Audit yourself first.
List your real skills: sales, communication, ops, product, finance.
If you can’t sell or communicate, you’re not starting a business — you’re starting stress.
2. Pick a lane where speed matters.
E-commerce, services, lead gen, info products.
Fast feedback. Fast cashflow.
3. Build a “3–5 partner” table.
Find operators with skills you don’t have.
Offer equity tied to performance, not vibes.
4. Use credit strategically, not emotionally.
0% APR lines are leverage when you already have a plan.
No plan = debt. Plan = fuel.
5. Sell first, then scale.
Pre-sell, validate, collect cash, reinvest.
Growth comes from demand, not from “belief.”
You don’t need capital.
You need the right people, the right structure, and the ability to sell the vision.
That’s how you go from zero… to predictable cashflow.
$12M → $75M in five years?!
An accidental business is a guaranteed struggle.
The ones who scale know exactly where they're going and who they're listening to.
Intention isn't optional. It's the foundation.
Most people build offers that make money. And hate every second of it.
Joy. Energy. Profit. That's the only order that works.
If the offer doesn't give me energy, I'm going to resent the business I built. The profit might show up. But so will the burnout.
And profitability? Honestly the simplest part.
Stop buying apps you don't need. Stop forgetting to cancel the ones you swear you'll use "one day." Remove the bloat.
Build something you don't hate first. The money follows.
I know. What a concept.
If you want to reach the next level in business, the real question isn’t what to do. It’s who you have to become to manage profit, people, and systems.
Most agents and team leaders don’t have a work ethic problem…
They have a thinking problem.
We start small:
“I just want to make $100K.”
Then we hit it.
So we think:
“Maybe I can get to $250K.”
Then we hit that… and we keep climbing in increments.
But here’s the trap 👇
You can spend your entire career:
• Going from 30 → 50 → 75 transactions
• Making more money each year
• Growing… but still thinking small
Because you’re only scaling yourself.
The real shift happens when you stop asking:
“How do I do a little more?”
And start asking:
“How do I build something WAY bigger than me?”
Not:
➡️ How do I close 50 deals?
But:
➡️ How do we build an organization doing thousands of transactions?
Not:
➡️ How do I grow my income?
But:
➡️ How do I build ownership in something worth billions?
That’s the difference between:
👉 Running a business
vs
👉 Being part of building an enterprise
One you don’t just operate…
but one that actually has massive value.
So the real question is:
Are you just thinking bigger income…
or are you thinking enterprise-level ownership?
If you want to start shifting from incremental growth to building something with real enterprise value…

Most people who land on this page have no idea who I am… so here’s the quick version.
I’m Jordan Sarmo.
• Husband
• Father
• Sales agency builder
I built my company from $800k to multi-millions in revenue in a few short years by focusing on one thing:
Systems that help ordinary people win in sales.
Today I lead a sales organization with agents across the country, and this page is where I share the real playbook behind it.
No guru fluff.
Just the systems, strategies, and lessons that helped me build my company.
Here you’ll see content about:
• Sales systems
• Lead generation
• Building teams
• Scaling agencies
• Faith, family, and life along the way
If you’re a salesperson, entrepreneur, or agency owner trying to build something real…

And if you ever have a question about sales, business, or scaling a team — shoot me a DM.
Most people think more leads will fix their business.
It won’t.
Because the real problem isn’t volume…
it’s what happens after the lead comes in.
Missed follow-ups.
Unclear communication.
Deals that should’ve closed… but didn’t.
That’s not a lead issue—
that’s a system breakdown.
The truth is, consistency doesn’t come from working harder.
It comes from having a process that works every single time—whether you feel like it or not.
When your systems are dialed in:
✔ Clients stay informed
✔ Deals move smoother
✔ Closings become predictable
No chaos. No guessing. No babysitting.
Just a business that actually runs the way it’s supposed to.

Most people in business don’t lie to you.
They just never answer the question.
You ask:
“How much revenue did you do last month?”
And suddenly you hear things like:
• “We’re scaling aggressively right now.”
• “The vision is massive.”
• “We’re positioning ourselves for the next level.”
• “We’re reinvesting everything into growth.”
Cool.
But that wasn’t the question.
The question was simple:
How much did you actually make?
I’ve noticed something interesting:
The more someone avoids simple numbers,
the less numbers there usually are.
Real operators don’t need a 5-minute story.
They answer in 5 seconds.
“$82k last month.”
“$310k this quarter.”
“$12M last year.”
No drama.
No smoke.
Just numbers.
Once you start noticing this, you’ll see it everywhere — in meetings, sales calls, podcasts, even networking events.
Clarity is rare.
And rare usually means valuable.
If you’re building something real, follow along.
I’m documenting the lessons most people only learn after losing years in business.
And I’m curious:
What’s the wildest way you’ve seen someone dodge a simple business question? 👇

How to Close the Million-Dollar Deal (Every Single Time) 🤝💰
Ever felt a massive deal slipping through your fingers? The difference between a “maybe” and a “signed contract” isn’t just the price—it’s the sweetener. 🍬
Most people push harder when a client pulls away. The pros do the opposite. They offer a “sweet night” deal—a strategic pivot that makes saying “no” nearly impossible. If you want to scale your profits by 5X and get clients on repeat without grinding 16+ hours a day, you need a brand that works for you 24/7. 🚀✨
Stop chasing and start closing. It’s time to make your business a well-oiled machine that handles the heavy lifting while you focus on the big picture. 📈🔥
The Strategy:
• Identify the Friction: Where is the client hesitant? 🧐
• The “Sweetener”: Add value that costs you little but means everything to them. 🎁
• The Pivot: Turn a “loss” into a long-term partnership. 🔄

If it takes you 3 hours to do something…
What is your time actually worth?
Once you understand your hourly value
you stop doing everything yourself
And start focusing on what actually moves the business
That’s how you grow
