We are pleased to share a recent site update from our North Region. We caught up with Aidan Delaney, Associate Construction Director, at our valued client Castle Green Homes development in Congleton to hear how the project is progressing. Aidan spoke about the quality of work the team have continued to deliver. Even with an accelerated programme, the standard has remained incredibly high throughout the job. That consistency reflects strong site leadership, disciplined planning, and a team that takes real pride in its work. Leadership across the site has been key in maintaining momentum while never compromising on quality or safety. From supervisors and engineers through to our groundworkers and supply chain partners, it is great to see the hard work the team have put in.
