KENDRICK LAMAR — NOT LIKE US // 2 years ago today, Kendrick Lamar gave us the biggest diss song in the history of hip-hop, Not Like Us 🤯 By the time this song arrived, the back and forth between Kendrick and Drake had already been building for weeks. Kendrick had dropped Euphoria, 6:16 In LA, and Meet the Grahams in a rapid sequence, and Not Like Us is one that changed everything. It had a different energy to the others, more direct and more infectious, which is a big part of why it traveled the way it did. It debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and held that position for four weeks. It became the most streamed diss song in history and finished 2024 as the most streamed song of the year on Apple Music across all genres. The record is now eligible for Diamond certification, meaning it has crossed ten million units in sales and streams combined. How has Not Like Us aged since the battle? #kendricklamar #kdot #pglang #notlikeus

“I don’t know that there’s a rapper that’s been born yet that can do what Beyoncé does” There is no bigger @beyonce fan than @rosenbergradio! My man started an entire show with one goal… TO PRAISE BEYONCÉ. He refers to her Christmas Day performance as the Beyoncé Bowl. So, how will a rapper like @kendricklamar measure up to today’s best performer. In short he can’t… but Kendrick is in the zone right now. Everything he shoots hits all net. Sure he will figure it out, & who knows maybe B makes a special appearance! @ThePivot Streaming everywhere now. #ThePivot #KDOT #Beyonce #PeterRosenberg

So refreshing to see @kendricklamar dedicate his Song of the Year win to the city and recognizing the resilience of our community. Through the recent wildfires, the challenges, and the times we’re living in, our voices and stories matter. K.Dot, Pacoima welcomes you with open arms- let us show you around!🤝 #grammys #kdot
