This is the most life changing thing you will EVER do that will move you forward everywhere in your life. Change your IDENTITY. I know. You’re like what? I mean it. Your identity are the STORIES you repeat constantly. Do you relate to: I can’t lose weight. Working out is hard. I don’t have time. Nothing I do works. I am fat. I never succeed. I always give up. ETC. ⬆️ That is your IDENTITY. And those are the STORIES you have on repeat. And SO it IS. My success. My REAL success. Was changing my IDENTITY. Repeating a NEW story over and over. Asking myself how does someone that HAS what I want TALK TO THEMSELVES? And changing my story. How does it FEEL to achieve my goal. FEELING it. THEN...what do they DO? See we DO. We think we have to DO first. I’ve DONE. And I’ve slid back every-time. Until I changed my IDENTITY. When I BECAME. Was when I could DO and do it successfully. New stories: I lose weight easily. I follow through. I eat healthy. I AM healthy. I have time for ME. I like to workout. Repeat. Repeat. Visualize. Become. Then DO. It was not until I changed what I BELIEVED about myself that I was able to maintain change. Your stories. Well if they aren’t serving you...change them. Period. You actually ARE everything you tell yourself. You are strong. You are healthy. You are consistent. You are successful. Questions?
