Smivic Communications Limited Today my heart is filled with gratitude, humility, and deep reflection as I share this beautiful milestone in my journey. I Queen Richla Osei Wireko have been honored at the Africa Youth Leaders Awards (AFLA) 2026 as an Honoree Award Recipient, and I truly feel blessed and grateful for this recognition. This moment means so much to me because my journey has not been an easy one. Every step I have taken has been built on faith, resilience, determination, and the desire to make a difference in the lives of others. From my work in entrepreneurship to youth empowerment, media conversations, and community advocacy, my goal has always been simple to use my voice and my platforms to inspire, uplift, and create opportunities for others. Being recognized under categories such as Youth Statesperson of the Year, African Young Business Leader of the Year, and International Youth Entrepreneur of the Year is truly humbling. It reminds me that every sacrifice, every sleepless night, every challenge, and every moment of perseverance has been worth it. The theme for AFLA 2026, which focuses on advancing youth leadership capacity and self-reliance for sustainable development in Africa, speaks directly to my heart. I strongly believe that the future of Africa lies in the hands of young leaders who are bold enough to dream, brave enough to work hard, and determined enough to create change in their communities. As a woman, a mother, an entrepreneur, and a passionate advocate for youth and women empowerment, this recognition encourages me to do even more. It reminds me that our stories, our struggles, and our victories can inspire others to believe that success is possible regardless of where they start. I want to thank everyone who has supported my journey โ€” my family, my friends, my partners, and everyone who believes in my vision. Your encouragement, prayers, and love continue to push me to do greater things. This prestigious event will take place on Saturday, 16th May 2026 at Accra City Hotel, with the red carpet starting at 5:00 PM and the main event beginning at 6:00 PM. I look forward to celebrating this beautiful moment with
