Five people in the group project. Nobody knows when the next milestone is due. The group chat has 400 messages and zero calendar invites. Here is what the person who always holds the group together does: Read the assignment sheet once. Write down every single deadline. Create a shared Google Calendar called "[Class] Group Project." Add every milestone as an event with the date, time, and what is due. Share the calendar link in the group chat. Set alerts for 1 week before and 1 day before each deadline. Now everyone sees the same timeline. Nobody asks "when is that due?" at 11pm anymore. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes manually.
