The beauty that surrounds me is breathtaking. It’s the faces of my children. Right before the game I opened up my phone to get this message from my son ACE!! I mean right as it’s time to talk to my bigs and it brought tears to my eyes right in front of them. I try not to breakdown in front of people especially them but it was tough that day. It’s one of the very reasons why I could never understand how people could hurt kids. Kids are so pure because come to find out ACE cried making this video. They literally pay attention to everything and I honestly believe it’s just messages from my brother to keep going.Pay attention to your kids because your kids are paying attention to you. Thanks son and thanks to my girls for being there for COACH this time. It’s a real family over here!!#LLROB

Family beef is the worst kind of beef. Some things can be hard to overcome, and turning the other cheek can feel painful. It’s hard to turn the other cheek when you only have one face—don’t let that go over your head. But it costs nothing to talk it out, let go of the hate, and live in peace. Brothers who can’t hash things out hurt me the most. Right, wrong, or indifferent, that’s still your blood. I wake up at 4:30 every morning because I’ll never forget the worst phone call I’ve ever received. I wish we could share a laugh in person again. Still, I’m at peace because we both knew the love was—and still is—real. The things people beef over are often petty. This is just some advice: fix things while you can. Trust me, it’s worth it. When that casket closes, it’s too late. My guardian Angels never argue.#LLROB #2REAL

The prime quality of true love is it doesn’t seek revenge. Love sacrifices itself for the betterment of others. Working out with my niece to show her how much I love her vs just telling her. Action definitely speaks louder than words. Yes at times I still get angry that my brother isn’t around but I know he is loving and probably laughing at my old ass all at the same time. Secondly, s/o to my trainer “BEAN” for being more than a trainer!! Sign up with this guy a give him a chance to motivate you to higher heights.#LLROB

Secondly, in staying focused I’m excited to announce TU and my longtime friend Josh Goodwin and his 2028 squad to the family!! Timing is everything and the stage is set. It’s time to put the work in more details coming soon. C/O 2029 we will be looking to build a team to compete on the @circuitfuture and we will announce tryout dates for our other age groups!!
