Don't worry about making mistakes. They're part of the learning process and pave the way for growth. #learningfrommistakes #embracethejourney
Let’s face it: you see things completely differently when you are in the valley than when you reach the summit. When you are in the valley, as deep as you can go, it’s pretty scary. It’s dark, cold, jagged – but it’s also the lowest you can go. Risks don’t seem as risky, since you’re already as low as you can be. You appreciate the little things more, and you learn to handle difficult situations. The peak is beautiful, but you learn how to get there by going through the valleys! This isn't about the students alone. Failure spans multiple levels: students, instructors, and leadership. Assigning blame requires looking at all. #LeadershipFailure #Accountability #MilitaryLife #NCO #InstructorBlame #ChainOfCommand #LearningFromMistakes #SeriousTone
Wise enough to learn from the mistakes of others… #wisequotes #learningfrommistakes

The video provides a visual comparison between two approaches to failure: • Progress through adaptation: The figure labeled “Learning From Mistakes” uses each failed attempt to understand the platform’s behavior, eventually jumping across the gaps successfully. • Stagnation through repetition: The figure labeled “Not Learning From Mistakes” repeatedly falls through the same trap because they refuse to change their strategy or acknowledge the pattern of the obstacle. • The outcome of persistence: By internalizing the lessons from each fall, the winner transforms a series of errors into a bridge toward their goal, while the loser remains trapped in a loop of failure.
