**Boat Life Reality** Number 4 Before buying our catamaran, to live aboard full time, I full well believed that if we were anchored, we would be holding still. Wow was I naive! 🤣 So many days over the past year have been spent anchored and most of the time we are riding the waves and current. Some have been so bad that it actually felt as though we were underway and it made me feel so sick! We learned pretty quick that we needed to find protected anchorages, check wind and current directions for the days we would be there, and based on that info, choose our anchorage wisely!! 🌊 #liveaboardlife #boatlifereality #boatlife #sailingfamily #anchoring

⛴️ This was the kickoff of our epic Liveaboard expedition in the crystal-clear Philippine waters. We embarked from Coron, cruised through the stunning Linapacan island, and finally docked in El Nido. About a decade ago, I ventured through Linapacan and its surroundings on @mantaliveaboards I was instantly captivated by this remarkable country. If you ever find yourself in the Philippines, I highly recommend making the journey! Though slightly off the beaten path, Padi’s Liveaboard ensures a seamless experience—just dive in, savor the cuisine, and soak in the panoramic views from the deck.
