Class of 2026 long snapper Ben Ferber made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection! You know when someone is serious when they travel from the warmth of Florida to the frozen tundra of Wisconsin to work on their long snapping! This was our first time working together and I don’t hold back. We apply the physics of movement and help athletes understand the WHY and HOW of snapping. There were a lot of new concepts installed but Ben picked up quickly! One of the biggest things we worked on was body control. As you can see in the before video. Ben threw his body out of control in search of a fast ball. After talking about efficiency and control we were able to get him snapping FASTER with less effort! As you can see in the after video, he’s MUCH more controlled and was snapping 3mph faster.
