Jeremiah 29/11…
Complaining is one of the most “acceptable” sins in Christian circles… but Scripture takes it seriously.
When we look at Israel in the wilderness, we don’t just see frustration — we see a pattern. God delivered them from Egypt. He parted the sea. He provided manna from heaven. And yet, they still complained.
Their complaints weren’t just about food or comfort. They were questioning God’s goodness, His timing, and His character.
And if I’m honest… I’ve done the same.
Complaining can feel justified. Our struggles feel real. The pressure feels heavy. The needs feel urgent. But when we constantly focus on what’s missing, we train our hearts to overlook what God is already doing.
Scripture calls us higher.
Gratitude isn’t denial. It’s discipline.
It’s choosing to remember God’s faithfulness when emotions are loud.
It’s trusting His character when circumstances are unclear.
It’s worship in the middle of the wilderness.
Every complaint forms something in us.
But so does every act of thanksgiving.
What if this week we replaced just ONE complaint a day with intentional gratitude?
Instead of:
“I don’t have enough.”
Say:
“Lord, thank You for what You’ve already provided.”
Instead of:
“Why is this happening?”
Say:
“God, I trust You’re working even here.”
Gratitude trains our hearts to see what God is doing instead of obsessing over what’s missing.
The wilderness didn’t destroy Israel — their unbelief did.
Let’s not miss what God is doing because we’re focused on what we don’t have.
Today, choose gratitude.
It will change your perspective… and your heart.

Believing in evolution takes much more faith than believing in God:
How can you attribute earth’s beauty, complexity and design to coincidence?
If we just look at the human body we can undeniably see that we ourselves are work of art
The truth is embedded into our reality and is not hidden, we just have to seek for it.
‘Ask and it will be given you, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened” ~ Matthew 7:7
Did you know that Laminin (the protein that holds your entire body together, acting as the “glue” that keeps you from falling apart) it resembles the shape of a cross?
interestingly The Bible says, “In Him, all things hold together.” (Colossians 1:17)
And did you know that the sequence in your DNA, when translated into Hebrew, spells “Yahweh” (Y-H-W-H), symbolizing God’s name?
Or that human spine has 33 vertebrae? which is the age of Jesus?
Or that Humans have 12 ribs on each side (24 total), reflecting the 12 disciples of Jesus and the 12 tribes of Israel?
I could go along but the point is that the truth is embedded into our us, embedded in nature, in our relationships, in life itself.
Your body, the animals, nature and the whole earth are preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the truth is in plain sight, how then most people can’t see it?
Follow the page if you don’t believe in the absurdity of evolution, and if you do, dive deep into the topic, you’ll find that the greatest scientists and physicists says it’s science fiction

Why does God take the good ones early?
It is perhaps the heaviest question a human heart can ask. When we look at an empty chair or a photo of someone we lost too soon, the math never seems to add up. Why did the person who gave so much love get so little time? It feels unfair. It feels like a mistake.
But here is the hard truth we often forget: We measure a life by duration, but God measures a life by donation.
We look at the calendar and count the years; God looks at the heart and counts the impact. Think of it like a student taking a difficult exam. Some struggle in the classroom for hours. Others, who have mastered the material, finish their work early, hand in their paper, and get to leave the room while the rest are still working.
Maybe your loved one didn’t “die young.” Maybe they just graduated early.
Perhaps they loved so fiercely and lived so purely that they finished their earthly assignment faster than the rest of us. The world wasn’t worthy of them anymore. God saw that their work was done, and perhaps, He saw storms on the horizon that you couldn’t see. By bringing them home, He wasn’t hurting them; He was protecting them from the evil to come.
I know this doesn’t take the pain away instantly. The pain is there because the love was real. Grief is simply the price of the ticket for having known someone that wonderful. It is all the unspent love gathering in the corners of your eyes.
So, how do you walk this earth without them? You don’t move on from them; you move forward with them.
You become the vessel that carries their light. Every act of kindness you do, every person you forgive, every moment you choose faith over fear that is their legacy living through you. They aren’t in your past. They are safe in your future, waiting for you to finish your assignment too.
Save this post to read when the grief feels heavy. 🕊️
