Dream big.🤩 Whether you are 3 or 43, we all have something to celebrate. This year marks 5 years since I started my social media journey and what a ride it’s been! I’m so grateful for you, my online community - thank you for helping me create a safe and respectful space. My hope is to continue bringing wholesome and uplifting content your way with a little sprinkle of the unexpected.😜

Who’s responsible, REALLY?
My mother-in-law for the set-up or my bff who encouraged me to move to Maryland with her right after college?
🤷🏼♀️🧐

Sure! Here’s a background on Kevin, an artist named KF22 or Kfresh…
Kevin, also known as KF22 (Kfresh), is a Digital and Music Artist, and Actor/Model.
He produces content related to music, digital artwork, and mindset/motivation, while showcasing both worlds of himself and his cartoon counterpart named Kaden.
He has an extensive professional background and passion for his multidisciplinary career and leverages his artistic mind to develop content that will leave audiences wanting more.
Growing up with parents who instilled commitment, resilience, and a strong work ethic within him at a young age, Kevin learned early on the true meaning behind always putting your best foot forward. Throughout his childhood, he and his sister would continuously be reinforced to be better and do better both in and outside of school, and this mindset became the catalyst for his inventory of accomplishments to date. KF22 began his journey at age 17 with a keen ardency towards modeling and acting.
He dived deep into modeling and acting best practices, learning adobe after effects, premiere pro, illustrator and photoshop processes to become the best version of himself in this field that he could be while editing his own photos to improve his skillsets. He went as far as to invest in a small production company to both practice in a real-life production setting and build his acting portfolio. While partaking in this, it did not take long for his passion to branch into music as well by the age of 18, especially after being exposed to new experiences during his time in college studying and finishing with a CIS major. He enjoyed how music was a superior expressional outlet, and the concept of being able to transform harmonic tones into his own unique blend is what inspired him to pursue this in conjunction with his fashion modeling and acting. Though he started with using just a mic and sock in his room, he later **continued….

To the lil me that used to play “cooking show” - your life is going to turn out SO sweet (promise) 🫶
(Particularly inspired by my one of my baking besties @cloudykitchen’s take on this trend ❤️)
2017 Kate didn’t always make the best choices except the one that told her to take a leap even though it was scary! She did have a lot of fun, though, in what would prove to be a pivotal year.✨
Make mistakes. Be embarrassing. Have a little fun. Be careful out there. 🫶🏻

I wish I listened more closely to my elders growing up. Here’s some things I know now that they were 100% right about..
1. Nothing good happens after midnight. I was always the last one up in my late teens and 20s. And the following days I suffered immensely. Now I realised nothing beats a solid sleep for my wellbeing and consistency.
2. Money doesn’t last that long. I made a chunk of money in my late teens and thought I was set for life. But had no financial literacy, I just spent until one day it was gone and I had to start again
3. Multiple partners means your diluting your spiritual energy, one night stands are never worth it. Building a relationship before entering into anything physically intimate is always the better option.
4. Travel as much as you can. In this department I listened quite closely, my travels have taken me to so many amazing places, where I’ve gotten to meet so many amazing people. Every time I returned from a trip I had a new nugget of self knowledge which I could implement into my life.
5. Don’t care about what others think. This one is a work in progress. Nobody else’s opinions really matter and if you want to do something just do it, as long as nobody gets hurt in the process.

ENDING THE YEAR WITH GRATITUDE
This time of year always sneaks up on me.
One minute you’re flat out, next thing you know you’re looking back on the year thinking, how did we get here so fast? 2025 has been a proper one, big moments, hard lessons, a few curveballs, and plenty to laugh about along the way.
I’m feeling genuinely grateful. For my family, who keep me grounded and remind me what actually matters. For friends who make life richer and a lot more fun. And for the brilliant people I get to work with in real estate and design, the clients, collaborators, and teams who trust the process and bring the ideas to life.
None of this happens in a vacuum. It’s all built on people, relationships, and shared journeys.
Here’s to slowing down for a minute, raising a glass, and heading into what’s next with a full heart.
