Sometimes saying “I’m sorry” or “How can we make that better next time?” can have transformative power in our relationships. ♾️ It might feel uncomfortable but it’s worth trying🙌 We are all students of life, no mistakes no growth. #relationshipproblems #relationshipissues #relationshiprules #relationshipadviceformen #relationshipadviceforwomen #relationshiptherapy #relationshipcounselling #relationshiptherapist #relationshipcoaching #schooloflove #repair #genuineapology #couplestherapist #imsorry #loveisaskill
Truth: none of us was born with a relationship roadmap. We do the best we can with the skills we have. Sometimes that means we jump on the same agrument over-and-over like a merry-go-round. The Enneagram helped me see myself more objectively and understand my partner from the inside out. Not 💯 sure I’d be married for nearly 19 years without it. Raise your hand if use the Enneagram to strengthen your relationship❣️ Tune in to ‘We Are All Human’ with Katy Beckham wherever you get your podcasts❣️ ....................................................................................................................................................................................  #EmotionalIntimacy #connectionmatters #Couplesgoal #LoveIsASkill #gratitude #MakeLoveLast #MarriedCouple #HappyCouple #RelationshipAdvice #askaboutenneagram #newrelationship #enneagraminlove  #enneagramcouples #couplegoals #rsgcommunity #communicationinrelationships #enneagrammarriage #lovelanguages  #enneagramcoaching #appreciation #couplestherapy #compatibilidad #lovelanguage #loveyourself ❤️ #lifevalues💯 #elamor #couplegoals #enneagramcoach #enneagramtypes
We talk about how love is a skill that needs to be learned, practiced, and sharpened, rather than an instinct. The fantasy of love being effortless is false - true lasting love requires both people to be willing to do the work when the initial feelings fade. Love is a craft that needs to be tended to, just like any other skill. #LoveIsASkill #RelationshipSkills #SustainingConnection #LoveIsNotEffortless #LoveAsACraft
Most marriages end for 2 big reasons: 1️⃣ You’re simply not aligned on life. Big stuff—like kids, faith, values, lifestyle. You clash, you pretend, and eventually… you break. 2️⃣ You are aligned, but you don’t have the tools to make it work. You weren’t taught how to do this partnership thing—and it shows. But here’s the magic: If reason #1 isn’t the problem, you can absolutely turn things around. That’s what Matej and I did. We were struggling, disconnected, frustrated, out of sync... But we learned the tools. We practiced. We grew. And we went from a sinking ship, to a synched rock solid union! And our marriage? It became something beautiful, strong, and deeply real.❤️ If we could do it... then there is so much hope that you can do it too. You don’t need to settle for surviving. You can build a marriage that thrives. Follow us—we’re here to show you how. #PersonalGrowth #RelationshipGrowth #MarriageTools #LoveWithIntention #AlignedNotPerfect #EmotionalFitness #PowerCouples #LoveIsASkill #ConsciousLove #GrowthMindset #marriagework #veganmarriage #vegancouple You can change your patterns. You can grow together. You can sync ❤️
There’s a craving for deeper connections right now. We desire more fulfilling relationships, interactions that are energy giving, and freedom to be our authentic selves. This thing we call intimacy can be an uncomfortable experience. There’s resistance to showing parts of self we have kept hidden, feeling deeply, fear, and overwhelm. It’s worth it though - intimacy is a skill and a process that moves us toward more life, love and liberty. 75 of us gathered last month where we equipped ourselves to walk this path with more grace and tact. We improved our skill of developing intimacy through interactive exercises and learning from our panel of embodied individuals. It was great to see the amount of smiles, connection, and revelations surface throughout the evening. We are honored that you chose to spend your evening with us and look forward to sharing space with you again soon. Continue going inward. Keep choosing self. Much love. Most people talk about love like it’s luck. Matthew Hussey treats it like something you can actually train for. He’s watched thousands of people repeat the same patterns—chasing validation, ignoring red flags, confusing intensity with connection—and then call it “bad luck in dating.” His whole message is simple: the relationship you end up in usually reflects the standards you live by, not the speeches you give yourself. When you raise your standards for how you treat yourself, how you communicate, what you tolerate, and how honestly you show up, the whole dating pool shifts—not because it changed, but because you did. Matthew didn’t start as some perfect guru. He was a young coach in London studying human behavior, listening to women’s stories, testing what actually worked in real life. Over time, he built a body of work around one idea: love gets a lot easier when you stop negotiating against your own value. Ask yourself: Where am I hoping for a “high‑quality” partner while living with low standards for my own behavior, boundaries, or honesty? If I believed I was fully worthy right now, what would I stop chasing—and what would I stop tolerating? What’s one upgrade I can make this week in how I show up in relationships—clearer communication, slower pacing, or actually walking away when it’s not right? Save this for the nights you’re tempted to blame every disappointment on “all men/women are the same.” You don’t need every option to be different—just the ones that match the upgraded version of you. Do you see your dad in the men you’re dating? I did. For years. When I needed protection as a little girl, I was punished instead. That wound taught me: “If I don’t do it, nobody will.” So I grew up chasing men. Calling, texting, driving to them. Making myself small so they’d like me. Staying up all night, terrified they’d leave. And what happened? I pushed the right men away and attracted takers, people-pleasers, and low self-esteem men who couldn’t meet a woman of success. 💡 The turning point came when I discovered polarity. Learning to trust men’s leadership was hard, but when I leaned back and chose to Date Like a Queen… men finally rose. 👑 That’s how I went from begging for scraps to being pursued. From over-proving to being romanced like Cleopatra. From carrying it all to being cherished, supported, and adored. ✨ This is the transformation I now give women in Date Like a Queen – The ACC Formula™. 💎 Queen Scripts — words that inspire him to lead 💎 Spin Dating Tool — tap into your Queen energy so healthy men pursue you 💎 Truth-Telling Framework — ask for what you desire in a way that awakens devotion Because when you stop carrying it all and choose to Date Like a Queen… men rise. ⚡ Doors close soon. We begin October 14th. 👉 DM me “Queen” to join. #DateLikeAQueen #QueenWife #LoveIsASkill #HighValueWoman #TransformYourLove
Kort sammanfattning: Love is a skill. ♥️🙏🏼😅✨ #kärlek #förälskelse #relationer #loveisaskill
💡 Do you ever wonder how some people seem to have it all? Short answer: They don’t. Some are lucky - they were born into wealth, beauty, or talent. Some had the right support system. Some met the right people at the right time. But here’s the part you don’t see: they struggle too. They learn, they fail, they work hard. The real secret? Owning your authentic advantage. Stop comparing if it doesn’t inspire you. Find what’s right for you, and commit to it. Because love, success, happiness - these aren’t things you find, they’re things you build. ✨ My personal story? I used to think love - self-love, romantic love - was just something you either had or didn’t. That some people were just better at it. But I spent two years actively learning how to love myself. Unlearning self-doubt, rewiring my inner dialogue, giving myself the patience I’d give a best friend. And I’m not there yet. But I won’t stop. Because if I’ve learned one thing, it’s that love isn’t something you find - it’s something you create. 💬 What’s one thing you’ve learned about love that changed everything for you? Most people think great relationships just happen — but according to Dr. Julie Smith, they’re built through small, consistent actions. It’s not about grand gestures. It’s about: • Speaking openly, even when it’s hard • Listening to understand, not to win • Taking responsibility for your part • Showing up—especially when it’s inconvenient Love isn’t just a feeling. It’s a skill. And like any skill, it takes practice. Ask yourself: • Do I communicate or just react? • Do I expect my partner to read my mind? • Am I showing the love I want to receive? Great relationships aren’t perfect—they’re intentional. What’s one small habit that’s made your relationship stronger? Is love really that hard, or are we just not putting in the effort to master it? It’s time to debunk the myth that love is inherently difficult and reveal the truth: love, like any other skill, requires time, effort, and practice to master. We often accept our perceived inadequacies in love as normal, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. The real issue lies in our lack of dedication to learning and practicing the art of love.
