How I fry an egg with one hand! 🖐️ 🍳 Another one of life’s simple tasks for most people is cracking an egg, but when challenged to do it with one hand it becomes a completely different difficult task! This took me mfny years to master & believe me I had egg splatter absolutely everywhere!! But this technique works for me! This months GYM CHALLENGE!! CAN YOU BEAT MY SCORE!!? This months challenge is a all Leg workout! How mfny walking lunges can you do in 2 minutes!? We will be using the 10 meter track! I mr she’d to set the standard at 5reps so that’s 50meters! Trust me this will BURN the legs especially the quads & gluets!! 🥵 BUT because of my disability i am also doing this challenge with the use of only one side of my body! I am only really pushing & pulling myself through with my right leg! So I’m expecting you guys to beat my score!!! Now I can only use one side of my body so my right side is actually lifting both my whole torso up, which means extra work & extra burn for the right side! So members should be able to beat my score! You don’t even need to be in the gym to complete this challenge!
