Ankles are one of the most overlooked areas in MX training.
Weak ankles = poor peg control, unstable landings, and more fatigue.
Train strength. Train stability. Train control.

I believe it’s a good ting to have a specific goal when ever I ride! What do you think?

One of the most significant reasons motocross riders lack consistency is the lack of structure.
Structure creates a clear path and establishes a routine, which in turn creates positive habits.
However, consider this...
You don’t need to spend countless hours in the gym.
It’s possible to allocate time for your family, work, motocross, and rest while still maintaining a respectable performance on the bike.
Once a habit is formed, breaking it becomes difficult.
👉🏼It typically takes about 4 weeks to develop a habit and around 90 days to fully integrate it into your lifestyle.
Here’s 2 ways to help you establish a structured approach…
👉🏼Set Goals:
Understand the purpose behind your gym sessions. Focus on training for adaptation rather than merely going through exercises.
• MX Training: Approach your time on the motocross track with a plan. Avoid pointless laps and instead focus on achieving specific outcomes during each session.
• Gym Training: Training with a clear objective in mind results in quality sessions rather than focusing on quantity. This approach ultimately frees up more time for other activities.
- Time Prioritisation:
Prioritise your time in the following manner:
•Health
•Work
•Family
•Motocross
•Training Friends
By allocating time to each of these aspects in your schedule, you establish a clear path.
Repeating this pattern consistently transforms it into a routine. Then consistency will follow.
🔵If you want to learn how my “Ready to Race” system works and how it helped literally 100s of riders the last 5 years to enhance their performance, DM me “MXRACER”and I’ll get back to you shortly.
My system is built on principles that teach methods applicable beyond motocross.
A solid foundation has the potential to extend beyond the realm of sports.
