I built this interactive application out of pure frustration with the massive gap between 3D concepts and actual physical patterns. What it does: * Instantly toggles between geometric panel layouts (like the classic 32-panel). * Lets you experiment with dynamic colorways in real-time. * Automatically flattens your 3D design and spits out precise, ready-to-cut 2D vector patterns. Whether you are laser-cutting materials for a bespoke Tudor Balls build or experimenting with new textiles, this tool entirely eliminates the mathematical guesswork. You can map out your structural geometry and aesthetic balance on the screen, export the mathematically perfect vectors, and take them straight to your laser cutter or CNC. This is the order fulfillment system I came up with: Load an order, an LED strip lights up above each bin with QTY. Scan the barcode and it turns blue to show you've picked it, then the shelf goes rainbow once the order is fully pulled. Started with some experimental LEDs and now it's custom modular strips in 4-foot sections so we can keep expanding. #meshtastic #lora #hamradio #offgrid #makerspace #warehouse #diyelectronics #smallbusiness
