Every time I walk into somewhere taking cards, the first thing I look at is the machine.
Not the menu. Not the decor. The terminal.
Because if you're in merchant services and you can't identify the equipment, you're already behind. Know the machine and you know your opening. Can you integrate and make it an easy yes? Or do you have to sell the technology too? Two completely different conversations with a business owner.
This is free training. Every store, hotel, restaurant you walk into. Start looking.
Drop a comment if you want to know what I look for when I walk up to a terminal.

đ You donât need a huge investment to start building wealth.
Most people think they need tens of thousands of dollars to launch a real business.
The truth?
For under $1,000, you can start a merchant services business, help local businesses save money and improve their operations, and begin building monthly recurring residual income instead of chasing one-time commissions.
No inventory.
No storefront.
No employees required.
Just the willingness to learn, prospect, and solve real business problems.
The business that changes your life doesnât always require a huge investment. Sometimes it just requires taking the first step.

Do you want more moneyâor more time with the people you love?
I was at Santa Monica Pier riding rides with my kids, and this is exactly why I spent years building passive and residual income.
The goal was never just a bigger bank account. It was having the freedom to travel, say yes to experiences, spend more time with my family, and make memories while my kids are still young enough to want me there.
Merchant services became the vehicle that helped me build that kind of recurring income. It took work, sales, rejection, and building one account at a timeâbut eventually the work I did in the past began helping pay for the life weâre living today.
I genuinely want other people to experience this kind of freedom too.
If you want help learning how I built it, DM me âFREEDOMâ or hit the link in my bio.
And even if merchant services isnât your vehicle, I hope you find one.
Build passive income. Buy back your time. Make the memories.
POV: You finally found a merchant services guy who actually does what he said he was gonna do. đ
Anybody can make promises. I built my name by showing up, doing the work, and taking care of people long after the deal is signed.
Your word is everything. đ¤

Your P&L is one long list of expenses. Fix that first.
ă
¤
Pull up your P&L right now. Revenue, maybe some COGS, then payroll and a list of expenses. If that's what it looks like, you're already behind. Break it out. COGS: your delivery team, merchant services, anything directly tied to delivering the service. These are the costs that have a direct relationship with revenue. If someone is delivering the work you provide, they go under COGS. Until the P&L is structured this way, you can't calculate the one ratio that runs the business.

Relying on just one US bank account as an international founder is a massive operational risk! đŚâď¸
If you run a non-resident US company, setting up a multi-tiered banking stack protects your business and lowers transaction fees.
Here is the ultimate 3-account strategy:
1ď¸âŁ Traditional physical bank (e.g., Chase, Bank of America)
Visiting a branch in person builds face-to-face relationships with bank managers, unlocking access to higher financial credit lines, merchant services, and institutional trust.
2ď¸âŁ Online fintech bank (e.g., Mercury, Relay)
100% remote-friendly, fast setup, and built specifically for modern tech, service, and e-commerce startups.
3ď¸âŁ Multi-currency EMI (e.g., Wise, Airwallex)
Essential for global operations. These platforms allow you to hold multiple currencies, convert FX at mid-market rates, and pay overseas contractors, suppliers, and staff without high cross-border wire fees.
Having redundancy across all three tiers guarantees your business keeps running smoothly even if one provider initiates a routine compliance check.

After talking to thousands of prospects across multiple businesses in the past 5 yearsâŚ
These are proven principles Iâve found that can help you grow a âmerchant servicesâ businessâŚ
As well as any other business youâd ever want to start.
1. Build trust by providing value to the merchant
I do this by explaining the benefits of my service and how it all worksâŚ
Plus providing social proof and actual facts to reinforce that trust.
I recently did this with a tire shop in San Diego.
I told them that my credit card processing service will eliminate the 3.5% transaction fee they currently paid with CloverâŚ
And that the entire cost will be passed onto the consumer.
They were blown away.
If you provide value correctly, youâre going to win all dayâŚ
Even if youâre not the cheapest or most cost-effective service on the market.
2. Incentivize the merchant
Everybody likes incentives to take action, no matter the situationâŚ
Itâs human nature.
For example:
I recently incentivized my team with pay raises for performance and a Rolex for whoever was the top salesperson at the end of the year.
Their entire mentality changed from one moment to the next.
The same principle applies to merchant services.
If you offer a sign-up bonus or provide a credit card machine for freeâŚ
Youâre greatly increasing the chances that merchant will switch to you.
Best of all⌠youâll make that money back after the first few months anyway.
Itâs all about building longevity and doing good business.
3. Leverage your network
Ultimately, your network is your net worth.
If you have friends who know people in the restaurant, retail or any industry that uses credit card processorsâŚ
Ask them if they know anyone who would want to save paying those fees.
You can incentivize them with a referral fee of $200-$1000 per account.
This is exactly what I did in the last few weeks.
And itâs why Iâve been able to land 83 locations paying me $25K-30K/mo.

If youâd like a complete breakdown on how a simple credit card processing business worksâŚ
And how it pays me month after month, passivelyâŚ
