👚💖 In Honour of National Pink Shirt Day: Lake St. Martin Students Take a Stand Against Bullying! 🎬 Bullying isn’t just a moment, it leaves lasting effects on those involved, including bystanders. That’s why Brett Banfield, an Intervention Support Facilitator from MFNSS, led an eye-opening presentation on how bullying can harm individuals and communities and, more importantly, how we can stand together to stop it. Lake St. Martin students didn’t just listen, they acted! A national eSports challenge promotes mental health awareness and routines, while a 21-day physical activity challenge encourages teamwork and creativity. eSports enhances life skills and community engagement, providing students with opportunities for collaboration and technological access. We had the opportunity to work with @mfnerc students, coaches and teachers late last year and introduce our performance program called Performance mindset mindfulness program to empower students with healthy gaming habits.
