| regret cutting my hair to a bob 💇🏻‍♀️ had to becayseit|was damaged andost a tonths ago of hair last year due to stress. I remember living with my sister and she would ask me why so much of my hair is falling out (it was a month after I broke up with a partner and already talking with someone new, but I didn’t realize how much that whole situation was stressing out my body). in April this year I decided it was 14.1K best to cut my hair short and grow it out healthy again but I didn’t anticipate the waiting period would feel SO long. kind of in despair 82 because I miss how feminine i used to feel with long hair but l’m also on my hair #healing journey now! will be sharing more hair vlogs 461 with you guys #hair#damagedhair#hairloss#bobcut#shorth airstyles#hairgrowth#dreadlocks#dreads#re ••• dhair#redhairgirl#redhairdontcare#microban gs#hairvideos#Vlog#digitaldiary

Don’t forget to clean these! 🧽 We clean our outdoor trash bins at least twice a year, especially toward the end summer when the heat can make them extra gross. 🤢 The lingering smells can attract flies, so if you haven’t done this recently, SAVE THIS as your reminder! And be a good friend, SHARE this so they don’t forget too😉 We love using @microban on our cans to disinfect and leave them smelling great! Tell me ⬇️ Have you cleaned yours lately and what’s your favorite cleaner to use on them? #cleaningreminder #outdoorcleaning #microban #trashcancleaning #trashcans

Cleaning supplies may or may not be ALL mental. But I don’t care. 🤣 Posting this a few days late. Now my son is fine, thank Gd, and my DAUGHTER has the plague. 🫠 We’re all on the mend though. 🙏🏻 Praying I don’t get it too. @microban @lysol @clorox @target

Triclosan may have been banned from hand soap in 2016, but it’s still showing up in plenty of places. The @environmentalworkinggroup named 140 kinds of consumer products triclosan is found in - from garbage bags to pizza cutters - but that list keeps growing. What’s the big deal? While some experts support the use this antibacterial agent in hospitals, there are 3 big problems with triclosan: 1️⃣ Mounting evidence that it works no better than products that have no triclosan 2️⃣ Increasing levels in people & the environment have been linked to health problems. It interferes with thyroid activity, is a possible endocrine disruptor & has toxic effects on algae & ecosystems. (Japanese studies found androgynous effects in fish exposed to it!) 3️⃣ It’s contributing to bacterial resistance (aka the rise of “superbugs”. Don’t just take my word for it, the American Medical Association says to steer clear…but how? ✅ Avoid products marketed as antibacterial ✅ Read ingredient labels (especially in personal care products) for triclosan and triclocarban, its chemical cousin. ✅ Avoid products with Microban, a producer of antibacterial products that often contain triclosan as the active ingredient

This is the type of MOM I am 🤣. One time they went to the park and 2 out of 4 had hand foot mouth 😩. Soooo I’m extra cautious LOL! It has also been SUPER hot here so the park is usually a little 30 minute session lol. Anyone extra like me? #virginiablogger #momblogger #momof4 #momofmultiples #ltkkids #microban #vablogger #dmvblogger

Y’all the #Covid 19 got us. 😭 Right after the holidays we tested positive for the 19. I was literally just bragging to someone that we made it out of 2021 without the 19 catching up to us. Guess I spoke too soon. 😒 I always took Covid seriously but once it hits your household your anxiety levels goes through the roof. I found myself checking temperatures around the clock, bleaching everything down and spraying #microban just for the heck of it. I’m grateful that everyone in my family who caught Covid was vaccinated and had mild symptoms for the most part. My husband said he felt like he had a severe sinus infection. I had some of the newer symptoms involving nausea & loss of appetite. While also dealing with muscle aches, headaches , coughing and extreme fatigue. My #2under2 #toddlers had low grade fevers, fatigue, runny noses and a dry cough. I’m not gonna lie I don’t know if it was Covid or my anxiety getting the best of me but Day 3 had me SCARED. I remember laying in bed playing this wasn’t the end 😩. Thank God he kept me close so I wouldn’t let go 🎶🎶🎶 Plays :Kurt Carr “I Almost Let Go” 🙌🏾🙏🏾
