To get revenge for earlier humiliation, Team Rocket attacks the set with a giant crane equipped with a massive magnet. They successfully capture all the other Pokémon but leave Psyduck behind. As Team Rocket is about to escape, Misty starts screaming at Psyduck to do something. The stress triggers Psyduck's infamous headache. His eyes glow, and he unleashes his Psychic powers, freeing every captured Pokémon and sending Team Rocket blasting off again. The most unlikely hero. The most powerful headache.
