The 5-9pm shift is no joke. Honestly should be considered an Olympic sport after back to back meetings all dayđ
Going from meetings and deadlines
to dinner, bath, bedtime, and everything in between, with zero time to reset
And then doing it all over again the next day
like work is your only job
If youâre in this season too⊠I see you, I am youđ€

I promise you wonât feel the same again đ€
1. Stop believing every thought you hear in your head. Your unconscious mind is like a loudspeaker thatâs permanently in fight or flight. It will broadcast worry, guilt, comparison and âyouâre failingâ on repeat. Stop listening to it and start doing the inner work đ€
2. This season IS hard because itâs big. Raising humans, running a house and still trying to be yourself is no small job. But hard doesnât mean youâre doing it wrong. It means youâre doing something that matters, you were made for this âš
3. Protect your capacity like itâs oxygen. Another playdate, party or commitment might be fine for the kids⊠but if it drains you, it costs the whole household. A mum whoâs regulating herself is worth more than another RSVP.
4. Talk to yourself more than you listen to yourself. Your mind will commentate all day long. But the mums who stay steady are the ones who coach themselves back to centre instead of letting the commentary run the show.
5. Stop waiting to âget yourself back.â Youâre not going back. Youâre moving forward toward an even stronger, wiser and more capable version of you đ€
6. Start working on yourself, not just your kids. Personal development will change your life. We read every parenting book going⊠but the biggest upgrade will come from learning about how our own minds work.
7. Get educated in the Law of Attraction ASAP. Most of us were never taught that our thoughts hold so much power over our lives. But once you get it, motherhood is going to get a lot more intentional and a lot more enjoyable.
8. Stop blaming yourself (or everyone else). It just exhausts your energy and motherhood gets a lot lighter when you take responsibility for where you are and start focusing on what will get you to where you want to be âš
9. Youâre allowed to enjoy this season. Motherhood doesnât have to be a permanent state of survival. When you drop some of the desire for perfection and pressure, the fun sneaks back in.
10. This isnât the end of you. It is just the beginning, I can promise you that. Just wait and see đ
I love having you here â€ïž

For years, the Beckhams felt like the celebrity family blueprint -love, loyalty, roots, gratitude.
Families fight. Mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law clash, thatâs as old as time. Calling out toxic behaviour? Valid.
But publicly humiliating the parents who raised you, stood by you, and gave you everything,is that healing or hurt?
As a boy mom, I know this truth:
Marriage demands balance, not blindness.Love doesnât need a villain, it needs boundaries.
Growth isnât choosing sides. Itâs learning how to stand in the middle with grace.

Before anyone jumps in - yes, I know this isnât every family.
But if weâre honest, this pattern shows up often enough to be worth talking about.
For decades, menâs careers have been built on invisible support at home.
Womenâs careers?
Theyâre often built while still being the invisible support at home. Weâre building careers in structures that were designed assuming someone else was handling the home.

Letâs normalize getting help.
Being a mom is a full-time job and then some. The cooking, cleaning, organizing, planning, caring⊠it never ends.
Whether itâs a housekeeper once a week or every other week or a nanny/motherâs helper, any help is good help.
Hiring help doesnât take away from my role as a mother, if anything it allows me show up calmer and more present.
If help is available to you, accept it â€ïž
This is just my personal experience/opinion. Every family is different, so do what feels right for you.

As a mom, 10 things I said goodbye to in 2025:
Donât feel guilty for stepping out
Donât say no to Friday plans with friends
Donât stop choosing yourself first
Donât let chores run your life, take control
Donât apologise for needing me-time
Donât put dreams on pause after motherhood
Donât shrink yourself to fit expectations
Donât measure worth by productivity alone
Donât ignore your body and burnout signs
Donât forget youâre a woman, not just a mom

I didnât lose motivation â I became a mom â€ïž My drive didnât disappear, it just shifted. The things that used to feel urgent now feel intentional. My goals didnât shrink, they got deeper. Motherhood didnât make me less ambitious â it made me more focused, more layered, more human.
POV: You thought Pilates was for the abs, but it was actually training for carpool combat in a momâs Hyundai.
I stretch, sweat, and plank six days a week⊠and yet somehow the real endurance test is getting four kids to twelve different activities, all while refereeing sibling fights and passing out snacks like a flight attendant. Anyone else feel like their car is basically a mobile command center?
Tag your carpool crew and tell meâwhatâs your real reason for working out?
Thanks for being the real MVP, @hyundaiusa
