I got up to 165 with Boston and then lost 20 lbs quickly after delivery. The rest took 7+ months to go and I’m still feeling like I look the same as I did the day I delivered. Postpartum wrecks our brains and bodies and recovery takes TIME. not 3 weeks or 6 months. postpartum mamas I see you and am with you and if anyone needs a shoulder to cry on or someone to vent to please know I am your girl. I still have days where I feel like it can all crash back down on me and have the worst fears of being freshly postpartum again. Grateful for my three angels and for being brought back to life again the past few weeks on this healing journey but dang. Women go through it. 🫡😅🫶🏼!!
