New Yemeni Restaurant 🇾🇪
@monasabacanada is now open in Scarborough 🙌🏼 They specialize in authentic and inspired Yemeni and Middle Eastern cuisine and are known for their Mandi (highly recommend) and generous portions. Here’s what we got:
🥘 Lamb Mandi
🍗 Chicken Mandi
🤎 Foul
🍜 Lentil Soup
🍞 Yemeni bread
🤎 Chicken and beef Sambousa
🥗 Salad
🧡 Areeka
☕️ Shahi Adeni
The Chicken and beef Sambousa was the perfect starter which we enjoyed with their Shahi Adeni tea. The chicken and Lamb Mandi was absolutely delicious! The meat was tender, juicy, and so easy to pull apart, and it was served on a generous bed of basmati rice. The Areeka, a sweet and savoury dessert, was the perfect ending to our meal 👍🏼
Highly recommend this spot!
