Stephanie, founder of Kennedy Studio, and her husband purchased the property in 2024 and undertook a complete redesign, building on the home’s original foundation. Happy Friday, and happy May, your service-obsessed listing agent here. 🙋🏻‍♀️ You already know I focus on more than just real estate; I care just as much about elevating your lifestyle in ways that feel effortless and intentional. I was in Montecito last week, equal parts real estate scouting and finding the cutest breakfast spots for you ☺️, and I came across the most charming (and delicious) little place, Jeannine’s Bakery. Ambiance? 10/10. Food? 10/10. Fresh lemonade selection? Refreshing, to say the least. 👌🏻 But what really did it for me, the PINK umbrellas and the SERVICE. That part matters (to me a LOT). Overall: 9.9/10. The only thing missing… (you already know) valet parking. 🙃🙈🤷🏻‍♀️ It reminded me how much the small details shape our day-to-day. The places we return to without thinking, it really defines a lifestyle in a big way. …and it got me thinking that right now, Los Angeles has a lot happening. 📣💥 A few openings I’m watching: ▪️Sushi Nakazawa opening in Beverly Hills this May (if you know, you know) ▪️Bad Roman bringing its very New York energy to Beverly Hills What’s your favorite LA dining spot?
