Goonies never say die! My flea market find today! I need your help identifying it the maker. Is it Fenton, Westmoreland, Mosser, 🤷‍♀️? It is heavy, 8 inches tall, perfect condition, ruffle bowl top and pedestal is all one piece. I thought the Goonies was fitting for this beauty - whatever it is, it’s home! #jadeite #jadite #chunk #gooniesneversaydie #misfits #goonies #sloth #fenton #westmoreland #mosser #fleamarketfind #jadeitefind

The famous Madonna Inn goblet has a rich history. However, it wasn’t until the mid-1970s that Mr. and Mrs. Madonna found a “Flat Rose” design from the LG Wright Glass Company which complimented the Inn’s whimsical interior design. A little over a decade later, Mr. Madonna decided to commission a custom-designed goblet that would better match the now-signature rose carpeting. (Fun fact: the carpets were designed by a former Disney artist!) . . . The molds used to make these new and improved Madonna Inn goblets were later trademarked and used exclusively for Madonna Inn; the mold aptly-named the “Madonna Rose,” with a thicker and smoother finish that its earlier counterpart. Today, their goblets are made by Mosser Glass. . . . For your viewing pleasure, the left goblets were made by LG Wright while the right goblets were made by Mosser Glass. The LG Wright goblets are darker green in color while the Mosser goblets are lighter. . . . #jadeite #jadite #jadeitejade #jadeitejunkie #jadeitecollection #lgwrightglass #lgwright #mosser #mosserglass #madonnainn #madonnainngoblets . . . . Put a bird on it! Or a duck… or a cat… or a hen… or a turkey…. Well, you get the picture. I had the opportunity to purchase this epic and beautiful collection of covered dishes. I never knew some of these existed… Holy smokes, a cow on basket in purple and white slag glass! Are you kidding me? it all started when I stopped in at a sale and talked to the homeowner. She had a few pieces out and asked if I was interested in more. Why yes I am… She then proceeded to say she had a few more boxes up in the attic and she could get them for me if I would like to look through them. Yes. The answer is always yes! Do I want to go into your dark basement? Absolutely! Would I like to crawl up into your 115° attic … absolutely! A few minutes later, she came down with multiple boxes covered in an inch of dust. She had been storing them for over 20 years. She said it was time for them to find new homes and her family didn’t want them. I searched through the boxes, and she kindly brought a bucket of water for me to rinse some of them often… I felt like Indiana Jones in Oregon. I picked the best ones and in the best condition and will be bringing them to you! It was a phenomenal experience that I will never forget. I gave her my phone number and told me that if she found any other treasures or wanted, depart with any other items to give me a call. Who knows… More maybe coming in the future. These epic pieces will be coming to Copper Dahlia soon. Let me know in the comments what your favorite is or if you would like a tag. I can’t pick my favorite… They are all amazing … but the purple and white slag glass cow and cobalt blue slag glass cat are sooooo yummy. #slagglass #vintage #vintagehomedecor #vintageglass #horses #cows #ducks #catonbasket #glass #westmorland #mosser #fenton #heisey #mckee

I spy a glower! We love when we’re out picking and spot this distinct green colored glass because it almost always means it has a surprise in store. Isn’t it grand? This is a butter dish lid and unfortunately did not come with the base but we paired it with a clear glass base for function and we think it looks pretty good! We ❤️ the bright glow it has! Don’t you? #uraniumglass #vintageglass #mosser #vintageshop #utahvintage #renewedvintagemarket #utahcountyshopping #americanfork #utahsmallbusiness
