We’re talking tolerances… A lot of people work to tolerance and get close to it or out of it. We aim to stay well below it. Take the NHBC tolerance—cut it in half, and that’s the standard we aim for if there is a tolerance at all. If your worried when NHBC brings a 6ft level out the car then you need new bricklayers. Internal drainage - this is in my option the only way to set up you rockers that pass through the wall to the inspection chamber. In the 15 years of doing drainage I’ve only ever come across two other gangs that do it the way I was taught. Often you’ll see people run the pipes out of the rat holes, concrete them in and then connect the inspection chamber up when it comes to do the external drainage. The issue with this is unnecessary bends are used and the pipes are laid to the incorrect falls due to the layout of the inspection chamber. With our method you cannot go wrong. All measurements are fixed making the job much more automated. Connecting onto the inspection chamber is a simple case of pull the outlets cap out and connect. Do you agree with this method?
